Subtract: YOUGOT lighting tank system is a multi-product integrated with lighting and interior decoration materials, which fills the domestic gap. 光槽系统是将高效荧光灯管、LED、无暗区高效荧光灯管等借居于室内装饰材料之中，形成一个高效率的新型载体。该系统可分为两大类：

Lighting tank system forms a new carrier with high efficient fluorescent light tube, LED, high efficient fluorescent light tube without dark areas in the interior decoration materials. There are two broad categories:

第一、光槽吊顶系统产品。该系列产品是以“光槽龙骨”为依托，将灯具与覆面龙骨合而为一，形成一个不需要占用新空间的特殊灯具；同时，又附有承载各种饰面板的作用。

The first one is lighting tank system for ceiling. This serial of products is based on “lighting furring”, and it forms a new special light apparatus, combines the light and nailing furring together, and carries decorative boards at the same time.

第二、光槽墙面系统产品。该系列产品是以“光槽”为载体，将光源巧妙地融到墙面的门套、窗套、踢脚线、腰线中，既有照明作用，又有装饰效果。

The second one is lighting tank system for wall surface. This serial of products is based on “lighting furring”, and merged itself into door profile, window profile, skirt line and waist line. It has both lighting and decoration effect.

YOUGOT光槽系统在经过元光德研究院不断改进与升级之后，现已形成九大系列光槽，下面仅简要介绍四大系列。

Currently, YOUGOT lighting tank system consists 9 series after constant improve and update by YOUGOT Research Institute.

该系列产品的光槽龙骨与系统主龙骨高度相同，侧边承载装饰面板，上腔体容纳镇流器、导线，下腔体装配光源。整个设计小巧精致，使整体吊顶显得更加整洁。

This serial of products has lighting furring with the same height as the main furring. It carries decorative boards by its side, contains electronic ballast and lead line in the top cavity and fixes light tube in the bottom cavity.

其照明采用高效能白光发光二极管，并配有高性能电子稳流器，电压为220V、50HZ；装饰型采用RGB三基色变光二极管，具有无暗区、光体面窄、组合自由、形式多样、透光罩新颖美观、吸音、隔热等特点。

It uses high efficiency white light diode as light tube and high efficiency steady flow unit with 220V, 50HZ. Decorative type tank uses RGB tricolor variable light diode, and it has characteristics of with no dark area, thin light body, free combining, various types, novel and beautiful light transmission cover, sound absorption and heat installation.

第一、高光效：该光槽系统光效达到了86.6%，光配曲线合理，是现有办公照明无法比拟的高效率照明系统。

The first is high luminous efficiency. The luminous efficiency of this system can be 86.6%, which has reasonable light distribution curve beyond comparison with current office lighting.

第二、防眩光：该光槽系统配有独特的高效率防眩光装置，可在不同角度均无刺眼之感，又不损失光的效率。

The second is glare prevention. This system has unique high efficient glare prevention device, and people don’t have glare feeling in different angles with no luminous efficiency waste.

第三、艺术性：该系统可通过不同长度、不同组合方式，来实现用光的各种艺术表现形式。

The third is artistry. This system can be assembled in different length and type to get various artistic expressions with light.

The forth is carrying capacity. This system can carry all kinds of mineral cotton plates, calcium silicate boards and aluminum plastic plates instead of the main furring.

第五、整体性：该系统可以将复杂的电路管线有序地装入光槽系统体内，使其更加整体化，凸显安全和美观。

The fifth is integrity. This system can contain complicated circuit line orderly so that the system is much integrated, safety and beautiful.

该光槽系统除具有D82光槽系统的功能之外，主要用于纸面石膏板吊顶，彻底改变了纸面石膏板吊顶的用光方式，还解决了纸面石膏板开口难问题。

This system is mainly used in plasterboard ceiling whose illumination type is changed totally. It improved the difficulty of splitting the plasterboard and has the same function as D82 as well.

该光槽系统除了具有D82光槽系统的功能之，主要用于金属扣板吊顶，适用于机场、地铁、影剧院、车站、展览中心、大型商场等场所。

This system has the same function as D82 mainly used in metal buckle plate ceiling in aerodrome, subway, showplace, station, exhibiting center, shopping mall, etc.

上述系列光槽均为300mm模数的任意长度；单支长度3000mm，可以任意连接，按需要长度裁剪；技术等级为：Ip20；CLASS I；符合IEC598国际安全标准。

The above serials of lighting tank have all kinds of length with the modulus of 300mm, the single length of which is 3000mm connected and cut at will. The technical grade is IP 20,CLASS I, which meets the International Safety Standard IEC598.

当建筑师在建筑设计时融入该理念、引用该技术、推荐该系统，可使建筑物在建造时每层直接降低50-600mm标高，直接节约建造成本；即使在建筑物整体标高不变的情况下，利用该产品，可以增加楼层的建筑数量，以提高容积率，达到节地的目的。

It can save 50-600mm interior net storey height of the building if the architecture considers the lighting tank system method and technique, so that the cost of the construction can be saved directly. When the building is finished and the storey height cannot be changed, the interior designer can use this technique and system to get 50-600mm more net storey height. In that case, people in the building will feel more comfortable.

This system uses energy-efficient light which get to the 1^st grade of national energy saving standard. The researchers raised the luminous efficiency by the following methods:

三是巧妙改进光槽结构，让光槽顶部形成一个弧面，增强反射面；其形成的反射角减少了灯管的遮挡，使有效的反射量最大化。

Thirdly, improve the lighting tank structure, form a arc surface on the top of the tank to get more reflection surface. In this way, the angle of reflection avoids the shelter of the light tube and gets the most reflection.

为了防止光线刺眼、让人感觉不适（眩光），研究人员在光槽上加装了一个特别的防眩光装置，既保障了光效无损，又让人倍感舒服。

In order to prevent glare, the researchers added a special device to make people feel more comfortable and keep the luminous efficiency level.

光效的提高，就意味着节能。国家标准要求，写字楼要达到300LX/平方米的光效，标准能耗为11W，目标能耗为9W；而YOUGOT光槽系统同等光效的能耗仅5.6W，远远低于国家标准。

Raising the luminous efficiency means saving energy. The national standard demands the office building should have 300 LX/ m²of luminous efficiency, 11W of standard energy consumption and 9W of aim energy consumption. However, the energy consumption of YOUGOT lighting tank system is just 5.6W, much better than the national standard requirement.

考虑到绿色建筑的需要，该系统的光槽、龙骨选用高级铝材，按照GB/T390-1996/6063、6061要求，采用氧化蒙砂表面处理，氧化层厚度大于6um，确保对环境与人体的无污染。

Considering the requirements of the green architecture, the lighting tank and furring materials of the system are high quality aluminum which has oxidation sands surface treatment with 6um thick oxidation layer following GB/T390-1996/6063 & 6061 and without pollution to the environment and people.

据统计，全国既有公共建筑面积约为45亿㎡，每年新建公共建筑3亿㎡。假设每年有3亿㎡既有公共建筑需要重新装修或提高室内空间，加上每年新建公共建筑3亿㎡，计有6亿㎡。其中，普通光槽龙骨吊顶与个性化、艺术化的异型光槽龙骨吊顶的使用比例按2:1计算，则全年可形成2000亿元的产业收入。

2009年8月21日，住房和城乡建设部专家组在听取了项目技术研究报告，审查了评估资料，实地考察了工程现场，经质询和认真讨论，对“YOUGOT光槽龙骨吊顶系统”形成评估意见摘要如下：

On Aug. 21st, 2009, after the expert group of MOHURD hearing the project technical research report, checking the evaluation materials and inspecting the project site, they give the following evaluating abstracts:

1、该成果的核心——铝合金光槽龙骨，具备以下特点：（1）该光槽龙骨兼做覆面龙骨，承载吊顶装饰板；（2）其形成的腔体，可容纳照明光源，具有良好的光学效果；（3）其上部形成电器附件盒，将电器附件及导线置于其中，不另外占用空间。

Firstly, the aluminum alloy lighting furring which is also the core of the production has the following characteristics: firstly, the lighting furring is also the nailing furring carrying the ceiling decorative board; secondly, the cavity can contain the light tube with nice lighting effect; thirdly, the electric accessory case on the top does not take extra space with the electric accessories and lead line in it.

2、该成果采用特殊的光槽结构和表面处理技术，显著提高了灯具效率；使用特殊防变型材料研制的防眩光装置，提高了舒适度；采用模块化设计，提高安装效率；采用高效荧光灯管和LED为光源，具有很好的节能环保作用；选用特种铝材，可实现回收再利用，既保护环境，又节约资源。

Secondly, the product has special lighting tank structure and surface treatment, which can notably increase the luminous efficiency. It makes people more comfortable with glare protection device made of anti-deformed materials. It is also modularized designed and can be installed efficiently. The high efficient fluorescent light tube and LED are used as its light source which saves energy. And it also uses special type aluminum materials which can be recycle used to protect the environment and save energy.

Thirdly, the production has been tested by National Lighting Fitting Quality Supervision & Testing Centre and The National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Building and Industrial Decorative Material, and it meets the requirements of national standard.

4、该成果已具备规模生产能力，产品品种规格多样，可以满足不同建筑物及用户的个性需求，具有良好的经济价值和推广应用价值，可广泛应用于各类公共建筑，已在ADA国际设计中心等建筑工程中实际应用，效果良好。

Fourthly, the production has scaled manufacture capacity and various types of products to meet all kinds of individual requirements of different buildings and clients. It has good economic value and applicative value and can be widely used in all kinds of public buildings. The products have been used in ADA international design center and got good effect.

评估委员会认为：该成果构思独特，具有创新性和实用性，提高了建筑室内空间的利用率，成为吊顶采光复合系统的新型产品，填补了国内空白。

The evaluating committee thought, the production is innovativeness and practicalness and designed specially. It becomes new type products of ceiling composite system by increasing the interior height utilization ratio and fills the domestic gap.
